Facilities

The property is accessed via steps which will bring you to the front door and into a hallway. To the right is the well-equipped kitchen, offering incredible countryside views from the window, as well as wooden units, an electric oven, fridge, freezer, dish washer and a washing machine, along with a table and chairs.

To the left of the hallway is the living room. This has ample seating for all, with two sofas to choose from, a smart TV, log burner. There is plenty of light from the sliding patio doors which lead out onto the balcony which has seating and stunning views across the valley to Trencrom Hill.

Children or dogs should not be allowed onto the balcony unsupervised.

Outside there is parking for 2 cars in front of the property

The property has three bedrooms accessed via steps from the hallway. A master double with built-in storage and TV. 

A single bedroom which has a trungle pull out bed for an extra bed if needed.

Bedroom three is also a double with a triple wardrobe and chest of drawers storage 

The bathroom has a walk in shower, heated towel rail and basin with handy built in storage for towels etc 

There is a small secure garden to the rear of the property that gets the sun from mid morning till early evening. There is a charcoal barbeque for those who enjoy outdoor cooking and a firepit to enjoy on those summer evenings. Garden recliner chairs and patio chairs and parasol are stored in the greenhouse in addition to the cast iron bench and chairs.
